Cask and Keg Automated Wash and filling system

 

System loading Process

Customers fork lift truck will deliver stacked empty casks and kegs to a loading table where the operator will sort the casks and kegs to single rows and load the infeed conveyor systems.

The left-hand conveyor will start-up with 3 casks/kegs onto the awaiting merge conveyor where the kegs and/or casks will automatically filter down to a single lane to and be presented to the entry gate of the external washer unit then index the casks through the washing plant at the desired rate.

The motors on these conveyors will comply to adjacent safety systems.

Once complete the right-hand conveyor system will repeat the process. After the process is complete the Fork Lift driver will deliver another stack of empty casks/kegs to repeat.
